CHALLENGE

After the project had slipped to a critical level (task force mode), it was necessary to ensure continuous project progress and the achievement of milestones.

SOLUTION

Through intensive analysis of the project history and the upcoming goals, an agile development strategy was designed in close cooperation with the customer, which met the requirements of a modern software development process as well as the verification process of the V-Model.

SUCCESS

After successfully establishing the new software development process, the customer was able to complete the project on time.

CHALLENGE

Development of a sensorless BLDC drive on existing hardware

SOLUTION

At our customer a new drive algorithm for a BLDC motor in the auxiliary agregate range was developed on an existing hardware. The algorithm had to meet the quality specifications of the customer’s OEM.
